SIM Dry Leasing
Gain exclusive access to a fully operational EASA certified Boeing 737 MAX Full Flight Simulator (FFS) and Flight Training Device (FTD). This flexible dry lease option gives airlines full control over their training programmes while benefiting from world-class simulation technology.
Please note that airlines must provide their own qualified personnel, including instructors.

SIM Wet Leasing
Our Boeing 737 MAX simulators come with highly qualified instructors from Phoenix Training Centre. This wet lease option provides a turnkey solution for airlines, covering both equipment and expertise. We provide qualified instructors as needed for customer-specific requirements.

737 MAX Type Rating
Our type rating courses are tailored to each airline’s specific curriculum and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). We guarantee that your pilots will receive detailed technical and practical training to fly the Boeing 737 MAX with confidence and precision.
Please note that the type rating program is designed per airline’s curriculum and flight scripts.

Revalidation & Renewal (Licences & Ratings)

For pilots who need to renew expired qualifications, our revalidation and renewal programmes are designed to get them back in the air as quickly as possible. This programme follows airline-specific standards, which guarantees minimal downtime and regulatory compliance.

Prerequisites:

  1. Prior qualification on the relevant aircraft type.

  2. Licence must have lapsed for less than three years.

APS/MCC (Airline Pilot Standard / Multi-Crew Cooperation)

This advanced course enhances decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills under normal, abnormal, and emergency conditions. Tailored to your airline's SOPs, it prepares pilots for effective multi-crew operations in all phases of flight.

Please note that we require airline-specific curriculum for SOP integration.

Independent Pilot Services

We offer a variety of training courses for independent pilots seeking to expand their qualifications or pursue new certifications. Our programmes are designed to be flexible, practical, and airline industry relevant.

737 MAX Type Rating

Experience a comprehensive, five-week type rating course for the Boeing 737 MAX, fulfilling all Boeing and relevant authority requirements. The course includes theoretical sessions and simulator training, culminating in a final skill test.

Included in the Course:

  1. 44 hours on Fixed Training Device (FTD)

  2. 32 hours on Full Flight Simulator (FFS)

  3. 4-hour skill test

  4. Each session includes a 60-minute briefing and a 60-minute debriefing.

Prerequisites:

  1. Valid CPL or frozen ATPL

  2. Valid Multi-Engine (ME) and Instrument Rating (IR)

  3. English proficiency (ICAO Level 4)

  4. Valid Medical 1 exam

Instrument Rating Renewal/Revalidation

This programme is for pilots seeking to refresh their Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) skills on a Boeing 737 MAX. It provides comprehensive training on the latest avionics, systems, and procedures to make sure that pilots meet IFR standards.

Included in the Course:

  1. Training on Electronic Flight Instrument System (EFIS) and Flight Management System (FMS)

  2. IFR procedures, including precision and non-precision approaches

  3. Weather analysis and flight planning

  4. Simulated flight training and emergency procedures

Prerequisites:

  1. Valid CPL or ATPL with lapsed Instrument Rating

  2. Valid Medical 1 exam

Revalidation & Renewal (Licences & Ratings)

For pilots needing to revalidate a type rating that has expired for less than three years, this course includes system reviews and simulator training based on the length of the lapse.

Prerequisites:

  1. Expired type rating (less than three years)

Jet Orientation Course (JOC)

This course is ideal for pilots transitioning to jet airliner operations. Our JOC focuses on jet handling and operational standards, helping pilots with a Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate advance to the next level.

Included in the Course:

  1. 1-day ground school on jet aircraft systems and handling

  2. 3 sessions of full flight simulator training

Prerequisites:

  1. Valid CPL/IR licence

Airline Assessment Preparation

Prepare for airline simulator assessments with this intensive course, focusing on the Boeing 737 MAX. We provide both theoretical knowledge and practical sessions, along with feedback and stress management techniques.

  1. Simulator practice sessions

  2. Performance feedback and interview preparation

  1. Valid CPL or frozen ATPL

  2. Valid ME and IR

Aircraft Familiarisation

This course covers the key differences between older 737 models and the 737 MAX, giving you the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to handle this modern aircraft.

Included in the Course:

  1. Theoretical sessions and simulator training (minimum of 4 hours)

Prerequisites:

  1. Existing Boeing 737 type rating

SFI (Synthetic Flight Instructor) Course

This programme is designed to prepare pilots for an SFI certificate, focusing on teaching methods, simulator instruction, and effective communication with trainees.

Included in the Course:

  1. 6 days of theoretical training

  2. 4 simulator training sessions
